  • At one of the Department of Building and Housing offices Drop-in offices listed below.
  • Phone 0800 TENANCY (0800 83 62 62) to get a form mailed to you.
  • From many community organisations such as the Citizens Advice Bureau (www.cab.org.nz).
  • Complete the form and pay online at www.dbh.govt.nz (payment by credit card).
