Citizens Advice Bureau www.cab.org.nz provides free and confidential information and advice.
Department of Building and Housing www.dbh.govt.nz provides information and resources for residential landlords and tenants.

You can also drop in to one of the Department of Building and Housing Drop-in offices to pick up information or application forms, or to get advice on a specific renting problem.

Alternatively you can phone 0800 TENANCY (0800 83 62 62) and make an appointment at one of their offices.
