Second round of consultation on training regulations
The Ministry of Justice is currently consulting on mandatory training regulations to be made under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010.
The training requirements only apply to crowd controllers, property guards and personal guards. These classes of security personnel are defined in the Act.
The Ministry seeks your views on three options for mandatory training for these classes of security personnel.
Consultation ends at 5pm on Monday 15 August 2011.
