How to Apply
To appeal an IAA decision you must apply in writing to the Immigration Advisors Disciplinary Tribunal.
Complaints
Complaints against licensed immigration advisers are referred to the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal by the Immigration Advisers Authority (the Authority). All complaints should be sent to the Authority in the first instance.

Appeals
To appeal a decision by the Authority, you must apply in writing to the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal within 20 working days of the Authority's ruling. Your application letter must include the details of your case, a copy of the complaint form and any other information you wish the Tribunal to consider.
