Chair’s Directions
All claimants, respondents, expert witnesses and legal representatives considering a Weathertight Homes Tribunal claim are strongly advised to read the Chair's Directions.
The Directions outline the procedures and legal requirements on how to proceed with a claim. Failing to follow these directions can result in delays in resolving the claim.
There are five versions of the Chair's Directions:
